I really have to give Bill Clinton credit. Even though everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie, he knows how to handle hecklers. It pains me when I see other politicians get heckled and they just give a goofy smile and try to continue on like nothing is happening. Who advises them to do this? Bill Clinton at least shows some passion.
